The U15 Performance team faced a tough opponent in their first official match of the season, but focused on the valuable lessons learned. While the result wasn't what the team had hoped for, the match was a positive early step in their development.

The team showed great promise by successfully applying their training, demonstrating an ability to calmly play out from the back and beat the opposition’s press. Despite a hard-fought battle, the opposing team's aggressive closing down proved to be the key difference in the match. Our players created some good opportunities from open play, showing that their forward momentum is building.

Player of the Match honors went to Harriet for an exceptional display in goal, providing some outstanding saves throughout the game.

The team will be working hard to build on their performance and apply the lessons learned as they prepare for the next challenge.
