It was third time lucky as the U13 Performance team finally got the third-round tie played against AFC Totton Youth Sikas. The message to the girls was to maintain the high levels expected of the group over recent weeks and to build momentum following some great results recently. They certainly didn't disappoint, racing into a 5-0 lead early in the first half.

The team continues to grow as a group and is showing exactly how much they are embracing the Atalanta Way. With only three players remaining from last season, the girls are building real momentum, which is a true testament to the squad and their fantastic attitude to learn and develop. Their hard work is paying off as they now officially march into the Quarter Final of the Hampshire FA U13 Girls Cup.

Fair play to the opposition, who never gave up throughout, and a shout out to their goalkeeper, who performed brilliantly to keep the scoreline down. It was an incredibly rewarding performance, showing both individual technical ability and great team cohesion.

The Player of the Match was Lottie, who was picked by the opposition today. She dominated the attacking midfield role, using her physicality to control the ball and dictate play. It was a solid performance within a great all-around team display.
