In a thrilling weekend clash, the U11 Maroon team battled hard to secure a well-earned 4-4 draw. The girls showed fantastic determination throughout the match, never giving up and fighting for every ball.
One of the highlights was seeing the team put their training into practice. The one-twos we've been working on were on full display, with some lovely link-up play between the players. This was a great example of the team's growing understanding and on-field chemistry.
Overall, the girls can be very proud of their performance and the spirit they showed. The match also provided us with some valuable insights for future development. We'll be focusing on moving the ball more quickly, improving awareness by scanning the pitch, and building confidence in tackling.
With plenty of positives to build on, we're excited to see what the future holds for this promising squad. Well done, girls!
