The Next Chapter: Join the Atalanta FC Women’s Senior Team for the 2026/27 Season

Following the landmark announcement of its formation, Atalanta FC is recruiting for its first-ever Women’s Senior Team. Set to begin competitive play in the 2026/27 season, the senior side represents the final piece of the club's development pyramid, offering a professionalised home for adult female football in the region.

This team is the realisation of a long-held ambition to provide a seamless pathway from youth ranks to the senior game.

To ensure a successful climb through the leagues, the club has implemented a support structure that mirrors professional academies:

Tactical Excellence: Twice-weekly team training sessions focused on technical mastery and match-day strategy.

Physical Dominance: Weekly Strength & Conditioning (S&C) sessions and dedicated gym access, all led by professional, paid coaches.

Elite Staff: Direct access to a professional coaching team including UEFA A Licence staff and specialists.

Professional Tech: The club is finalising packages to provide players with GPS performance vests for data tracking, alongside full training and match kits.

With a trophy cabinet already featuring two JPL Warriors Divisions and four County Cups at the youth level, the Senior Team enters the competitive circuit with high ambitions. The goal is to establish a winning culture from day one and move rapidly up the football league pyramid.

The club is continuing to invite prospective players to join the ongoing Open Sessions. The search is focused on ambitious athletes who will be aged 16 or over by September 2026.

These sessions are the primary opportunity to integrate with the club’s existing talent pool and secure a place in this history-making squad.
